The majority of yard sale holders don’t want to take anything back in their house and will say yes and thank you to your offer. You then save the good items to sell on eBay and toss the rest at the local dump.
Selling on eBay not your bag? How about starting a blog? What types of hobbies do you have? Why not blog about them. You could also blog about anything to do with entertainment. This usually does well.
One way to monetize your blog is by adding Google Adsense ads to it. Another good way is to place affiliate links on your blog to products that may be of interest to your readers.
You can also use per action programs on your new blog to make money. What you would want to do is find a per action offer that would be interesting to your readers. For example. Let’s say your readers really like magazines. Go find a per action offer that pays you a commission for each trial magazine subscription you generate from your blog.
